A.G. Leventis FoundationA.P. Leventis Ornithological Research Institute (APLORI) and the Percy FitzPatrick Institute of African Ornithology support fieldwork in Angola

During 2010 the Conservation Leadership Programme funded the project "Angola's Central Scarp Forest's: Threatened Bird Habitats and Human Impacts". The idea of conducting a long-term research study in Kumbira was born during this project.
